📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement mine closure plans in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and risk analyses to ensure compliance and sustainability.
• Oversee the design and construction of closure facilities, including tailings storage facilities, water management systems, and land rehabilitation projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, communities, and project teams, to address concerns and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on closure activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mine closure technologies and practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to ensure the successful execution of closure projects.
• Participate in safety reviews and audits to ensure the safety of closure activities and compliance with safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mine closure planning and implementation.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant geotechnical software.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards relevant to mining operations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certification in Mine Closure Management or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
