📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on crushing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with crushing equipment, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the crushing team to optimize crushing processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain crushing equipment using real-time monitoring systems and software such as Rockwell Automation and Siemens.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards in the operation and maintenance of crushing equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to the crushing team on the operation and maintenance of crushing equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and reliability of crushing equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in crusher maintenance and repair, preferably in the mining or mineral processing industry.
• Certification in crusher maintenance and repair from a recognized institution is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of crusher equipment, including their components, operation, and maintenance.
• Proficient in using crusher maintenance software such as Rockwell Automation and Siemens.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the mining and mineral processing industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
