📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are working together effectively.,Monitor and analyze department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure that all department activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, both within and outside the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
