PT. Bintang Timur Anugrah is seeking a dedicated Document Control Specialist to join our engineering team at our Cikarang Pusat office. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of all project documents. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our project documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Implement and enforce document control procedures and standards.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure all necessary documents are created and reviewed.,Monitor document distribution and ensure timely delivery to stakeholders.,Perform document reviews and audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of document management systems and processes.,Provide support to the engineering team in maintaining document control and compliance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Documentation, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of document control systems and procedures.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
