📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute festival strategies that align with the company’s vision and the unique cultural heritage of Bangka Belitung.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities in the events industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage budgets and financial planning, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable festival operations.
• Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate festival performance, gathering feedback and making data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying innovative strategies to enhance festival experiences.
• Represent Island Vibes Festival Co. at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning, festival strategy, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale events.
• Strong knowledge of event management software, such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and their application in the events industry.
• Certification in Event Management or a related field is a plus.
