📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the online team to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience for customers.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Understanding of omnichannel retail strategies is beneficial.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
