Den Nest Mandiri is seeking a dedicated and professional Lead Butler to join our team in Bintaro, Banten. As the Lead Butler, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the hotel runs smoothly. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including housekeeping, dining, and guest services.,Ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the hotel run smoothly.,Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in all areas of the hotel.,Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that the hotel meets its targets.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure that all staff are up-to-date with hotel policies and procedures.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the hotel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team of staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
