📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of data entry staff, ensuring high productivity and accuracy.,Oversee the entire data entry process, from data collection to final output.,Train and mentor junior staff to improve their data entry skills.,Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.,Monitor and report on data entry performance and quality.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency.,Resolve data entry issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update data entry systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of data management systems and software.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience in supervising and training staff is a plus.
