At Harabu Drinks & Dimsum in Wonogiri, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. As an Outlet Crew, you'll handle customer service, manage the cash register, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. As a Cook, you'll prepare and cook our signature dimsum and drinks, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and taste. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and addressing their needs promptly.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, processing transactions and handling cash and card payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized outlet, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and cook dimsum and drinks according to recipes and standards, ensuring high quality and taste.
• Assist in inventory management, including stocking and ordering supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or café.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg, and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for the F&B industry.
