Mighty Jaxx is a dynamic and innovative company based in Bali, Indonesia. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Sales Operations and Business Development team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment. The intern will work closely with our sales team to support various aspects of sales operations and contribute to our business development initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and optimizing our sales processes and systems,Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities,Provide administrative support to the sales and business development team,Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events,Support the development and implementation of our sales and marketing strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Strong interest in sales, business development, and operations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint),Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic,Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
