📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow the client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.,Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the profitability and sustainability of our projects.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.,Lead and mentor junior account managers and staff to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.,Develop and present business proposals, financial forecasts, and investment reports to stakeholders.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.,Ensure all financial transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, finance, or business development, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.,Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.,Proven track record of managing and growing client portfolios.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must; other languages are a plus.,Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools is a plus.
