📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and optimize CNC programs for precision machining.,Ensure high-quality output through continuous process improvement.,Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.,Maintain and update CNC machine documentation and records.,Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff on CNC programming and machining techniques.,Monitor machine performance and implement preventive maintenance measures.,Work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC technology and machining processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming and precision machining.,Proven track record of developing and optimizing CNC programs.,Strong understanding of CAD/CAM software and machining processes.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Professional certification in CNC programming or related field is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
