📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and oversee all purchasing activities for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to meet project requirements.
• Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and make recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.
• Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities and risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in the construction and infrastructure sector.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale procurement projects.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
