📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance,Assess training needs and develop training materials and resources,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with managers and department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in their work,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Experience with training software and tools,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Proven track record of successful training program implementation
