Sehati Indra Fried Chicken is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. This is an immediate opportunity to lead and manage our branch operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Ensure the branch is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with local market trends and competition.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
