📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client interactions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth and market share.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.,Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and threats.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
