📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with site supervisors and workers to ensure efficient and effective project execution.,Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met.,Maintain accurate records of project expenses and ensure that the project stays within budget.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues or concerns.,Work closely with the Site Engineer to ensure that all project requirements are met and that the project is completed to the highest quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Professional certification in construction management or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
