Sehati Lestari Electronics is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from advertising job vacancies to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support business goals.,Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics industry.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
