📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.,Manage and mentor a team of sales associates, providing training and support to help them succeed.,Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of store initiatives and projects.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales associates.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and the ability to adapt to remote work requirements.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
