KINETIC Corporindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement.,Review financial statements and records to identify areas of risk and potential fraud.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure thorough and efficient audits.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.,Participate in continuous learning and development to enhance audit skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
