📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise internal audit teams to ensure effective execution of audit plans and procedures.,Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and systems.,Identify risks and opportunities for improvement within the organization.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies based on audit findings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
