Operations Staff

Apotek Umar Coffee is seeking a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team in Ubud. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and committed to providing excellent service to our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and contributing to the overall success of our coffee shop.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
• Assisting in the preparation and serving of coffee and other beverages
• Stocking and organizing inventory
• Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Assisting with customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to operational improvements
• Following all health and safety protocols

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
