📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences,Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers,Promoting products and services through various marketing channels,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management,Training and mentoring junior sales staff,Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with sales software and tools,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
