📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales promotion strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales promotion.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales promotion initiatives.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales promotion campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Create and distribute promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital content.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners to drive sales growth.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales promotion or a related field.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective sales promotion strategies.,Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
