📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing cash transactions and ensuring accurate financial records.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
• Monitoring cash levels and reconciling daily transactions.
• Training and supervising junior cashiers.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Generating and maintaining accurate financial reports.
• Handling customer complaints and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Assisting in inventory management and restocking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic computer software and financial systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
