📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Oversee the coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key distribution partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on distribution performance to senior management.
  • Identify and implement improvements in distribution processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to product distribution.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.
  • Proven experience in managing distribution operations and coordinating with suppliers and delivery partners.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and distribution software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
