Central Asia Raya Life Insurance is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Strategic Management & Corporate Planning Internship program. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or students to gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry. The intern will work closely with the Strategic Management team to support the development and implementation of corporate strategies and plans.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and analysis of strategic plans and business objectives.,Support the Strategic Management team in conducting market research and competitor analysis.,Contribute to the creation and maintenance of strategic documents and reports.,Assist in the development and implementation of corporate planning processes.,Support the Strategic Management team in monitoring and evaluating the performance of strategic initiatives.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.,Support the Strategic Management team in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
