📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage client accounts and ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
• Prepare and submit financial reports and statements to clients
• Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial records
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their financial needs are met
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for architectural projects
• Monitor cash flow and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and financial improvements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall financial strategy of the firm

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts management or a similar role
• Proficient in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with architectural practices and terminology is a plus
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
