📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the daily operations of affiliate stores, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance store performance.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
- Train and mentor store managers and staff to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote affiliate stores and drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in beauty or fashion.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading retail operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Certification in retail operations or a related field is a plus.
- Experience with affiliate marketing programs is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
