📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to develop and implement advanced analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and challenges that can be addressed through data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Create and present data-driven recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and innovation.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
• Partner with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions into existing systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of analytics initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong background in advanced analytics techniques and tools.
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing analytics teams.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Certifications in data analytics, machine learning, or a related field are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges.
