📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist clients in preparing and submitting construction permit applications, ensuring compliance with Jakarta Barat's regulations.
• Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to track application status and resolve issues.
• Leverage SAP and Microsoft Office to manage client data, track permits, and streamline workflows.
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the permitting process, from initial application to final approval.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Jakarta Barat's construction regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the Shan Hai Map team to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices and procedures.
• Represent Shan Hai Map at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand our client base.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction permitting, with a focus on Jakarta Raya.
• In-depth knowledge of Jakarta Barat's construction regulations and permitting processes.
• Strong understanding of SAP and Microsoft Office, with experience using these tools to manage client data and track permits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with a good understanding of local business customs and practices.
• Valid professional certification in Construction Management or a related field, such as a PMP or LEED AP.
