📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and evaluate loan applications to determine creditworthiness
• Conduct thorough financial analysis using tools such as SAP and Excel
• Assist in the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures
• Monitor credit performance and provide regular reports to senior management
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate and timely loan approvals
• Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and borrowers
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements in financial lending
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit analysis or financial risk assessment
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Certification in financial risk management or credit analysis is a plus
