You'll work closely with our finance team to prepare accurate financial statements, manage payroll, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage tax compliance and ensure accurate tax filings and payments
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
- Train and mentor junior accountants and finance staff
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax and accounting management
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
