📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct recruitment and selection processes for various positions within the company.
• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Oversee performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Handle employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the medical or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
