📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
• Monitor and analyze production data using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and mentorship to production team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong background in automotive manufacturing.
• Proven experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
