Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential UMKM clients in Tebing Tinggi and surrounding areas.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including system configuration, training, and troubleshooting.
• Provide exceptional customer support to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of EDC solutions and their benefits for UMKM businesses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Driving license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
