📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage tax compliance and ensure accurate tax filings and payments
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
• Train and mentor junior accountants and finance staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax and accounting management
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
