📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor the company's financial performance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning and decision-making.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Prepare and review financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including investors and auditors.
• Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategy and support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management accounting role, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience in the food industry is a plus.
