In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Total Rewards projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and manage project risks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Total Rewards projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and manage project risks.,Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and align with business objectives.,Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.,Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Total Rewards or a similar field.,Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.,Strong understanding of Total Rewards concepts, strategies, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.,Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
